Access and Inclusion Coordinator
Jack Hort has an Access and Inclusion Coordinator who can provide information and advice to people with a disability to discuss ways to increase their access to the facilities and activities at Jack Hort.
Carers Card and the separate Companion Card are accepted at Jack Hort Memorial Community Pool. Speak to Jack Hort customer service for information.
Accessways and Parking
We have dedicated Disability Parking close to the main entrance of our facility.
Our centre foyer and change rooms are level to out carpark and have easy access.
Entrance
The entrance to Jack Hort Memorial Community Pool is accessible to people with various mobility requirements.
Change Rooms and Showers
There is a large disabled/family. There is also ambient cubicles in both the male and female change rooms.
Pool Access
All our pool has a step entry There is no access to the pools without using the steps.
