Aqua aerobics classes are a great way to stay fit in a fun and safe aquatic environment.
The resistance of the water increases the intensity of your exercise moves resulting inprogressive increases in strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. The natural buoyancy of the water will protect the body from injury whilst exercising.
Our Aqua instructors provide quality instruction and education with fun music choices to motivate and encourage you. You will be on your way to achieving your goals before you know it.

The Benefits of Aqua Aerobics

Classes on Offer
Aquacise
This class is designed to be suitable for participants of all age groups and levels. Structured to provide you with a challenge whilst enabling you to work at your own pace. Aqua equipment such as noodles, aqua dumbbells and kickboards will be part of this class to add focus and intensity to the structure of each class.
Gentle Movers
This class is something a little different! This is a self led exercise group using the aid of a water belt and the use of the noodles, aqua dumbbells etc. Designed to challenge your core stability.
